PDF-XChange PRO and PDF XChange Editor Plus

I was looking how sign multiple pages and saw that Editor Plus is needed.
I have Xchange Pro : does this pro version has more or less functions that Editor Plus, namely multi page signature ?

Yes - our PDF XChange PRO license is a bundle of applications that includes the Editor Plus, PDF Tools - a batch processing utility so that you can e.g. manipulate 1000 files in a folder easily (e.g. To add the same company logo to them all), and the PDF XChange Printer Standard and add-ins for MS Office, Outlook and browser extensions for Edge and Chrome.

I read your reply to Silviomeni, and have a similar query.

I have a valid licence for PDF-XChange Editor Plus.

I tried creating a "dynamic" custom stamp, essentially one that, in addition to the stamp detail itself, would also bear my name and a datetime stamp. I used a textbox for my name and the datetime option for the datetime stamp.

A message popped up which stated that this feature runs in evaluation mode on my current "Plus" licence. I was under the impression that such features would be fully enabled for "Plus" users, but this appears not to be so. I should greatly appreciate your early response to the following questions:-

- Is the above feature only fully enabled in the Pro version?
- If the answer is yes, then are all features enabled in the Pro version, or are there higher versions, such as Premium, Platinum etc.?
- I purchased the Plus version as recently as the 20th July 2025 - Invoice DSM695009C refers. My intention was to purchase a version with ALL the features and tools available. Whichever version it may be, Pro, Premium, Platinum, etc, can I upgrade from Plus to it? If so, please advise how, and pricing as well.

the PDF-XChange Editor Plus license is indeed sufficient to do what you describe, create a stamp with a dynamic date field. So no additional purchases should be required for that particular feature.

The PDF-XChange Editor Plus is indeed what ships with the PDF-XChange Pro suite, but it also includes additional things like [url=https://www.pdf-xchange.com/produc ... ]PDF-Tools[/url], the full featured Printer, and server side integration into SharePoint for seamless workflows in SharePoint PDF editing.

If your PDF-XChange Plus license is properly applied you should indeed be able to do this.

Because this is a license related issue, I would ask you not to reply here, but via email to [email protected] with a screenshot of the "Installed License Keys" from Help then License Keys:

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll take up the licencing issue the relevant Department via the link you provided.

On the product side, please provide details of the full-featured printer of the Pro version. In particular, I'd be interested to know if the features include, without limitation, the following:-

- Settings for appending new documents to existing documents; and,
- Profiles to configure multiple printing options, as in the case of Adobe Acrobat?
- Pricing to upgrade my current Plus licence to Pro, and steps to be followed to upgrade.

Other than the points raised above, please provide a full list of the printer's features.

That is included in all the PDF drivers, and also in the PDF Editor itself.

That feature is included in our PDF XChange Standard print driver, that is included in the PDF XChange Pro.
