Support Windows Protected Print Mode

The current print driver does not support Windows Protected Print Mode, and the print queue will be removed when turning it on.

After "Windows protected print mode" is enabled, "PDF-XChange Standard" printer is being uninstalled.

Thank you for that, my Win11 VM's are all offline for server maintenance during the holiday, so I cannot test this myself just yet (my local PC is still win10 atm, which lacks this feature). However, I have forwarded this report to the Dev team for review and will be sure to let you know when we hear back from them about it.
