Sticky notes pointer

Hello,

I need some help with the following;
I do like to use sticky notes in documents to give comment on specific parts of text of formulars. The notes are nicely ordered on the side of the pages in readable size. No problem there.
But, the pointer of the note is now a big square (often 1/4th of a page size), and not a point so I can't pinpoint a specific text or number.
Is it possible to change this? As far as I know, I haven't change anything and in earlier times it was possible.

You can change the pointer, color and opacity of your sticky notes:

If that is not the case for you can you please provide us with an example and also note the version that you have installed.

I found the plece where to change the pointer, but this list is empty at my computer

I did an update to EditorV10.x64
Is this the same as PDF-XChange viewer? and is this also free for use?

it's lay-out is totaly different. but here the sticky notes have their small annotation in the teks. the same as i'm used to.

PDF XChange Viewer is an application that we have discontinued more then 14 years ago.

The Viewer was replaced with the PDF-XChange Editor / Editor Plus. You can read more about their features here:

As you can see at the bottom of that page most of the Annotation/Comments features are available with the demo/unlicensed version of the Editor.
