Replacing the same text string repeatedly with a new text string

[Change#2025]

Dear community, my question:

How can I, for example, change the text string "Attachment A1" that appears repeatedly in a PDF document to the new text string "Attachment B1"?
This procedure is available in Acrobat using the "Find + Replace with" function.

We have "Find and Replace" but you need to click here to see it:

If you are running an older version, you will not have the 'search and replace' option. However, if you DO have a newer version, below is how the replacement would work:

PDF-XChange_SearchReplace.png

This will work for both flattened text, as well as annotations.
