Scan function runs the scanner, but no images appear

PDF-XChange Editor Plus, V.10.6.0, build 396

When I try to create a document from my scanner, the software activates the scanner, it scans, but no images appear in the insertion dialog. I can scan documents with this scanner using other scanning software just fine.

On another PC, with the same scanner, same version and build, it seems to work just fine.

For the sake of information, I get the same results no matter which version of my scanner I select, and no matter which TWAIN version I select.

Thank you for the added information. I have passed this along to the Dev team for review.

In the meantime, I do have a slight concern over why you have 3 instances of your scanner listed.
- If that is intentional (perhaps you have some custom settings profiles?) than there is no need to worry.
- If that is not intentional, there may be some issues raised by having multiple connections to the same driver, and it might be advisable to uninstall all copies of the scanner drivers, then properly install only one copy.

Finally, you mentioned that you have no issues with scanning in other apps? Can you specifically try scanning in MS Paint, and let us know if that gives you any visual output.
