I had old version 7, but last 6 months was problem with bookmarks generating. I did upgrade to version 10, but still same problem. What is the problem?
Ussualy I am using Excel or Publisher with pictograms whose contains bookmark. It was working substantially before, but now it is not working. Why? Even I cant use links addresing inside of the document!!!! Like in enclosure!!!!

The most likely cause is that you have mistakenly enabled "exclusive mode" for the tool in question. Please ensure that you are using the hand tool, so that you can be certain it is one which can follow links, then check the format tab, to be sure exclusive mode is not enabled: Kind regards,
