Bookmark Generator

I am trying to generate bookmarks from page text on my PDF documents. First I OCR the document, then I highlight an example of the section heading , ie ARTICLE 1-FAMILY. I add the example, ie Font Name -Ariel Bold and Font Size 16 Point but when I hit ok I get the message- No changes were made,. Please check your input data and try again. I check and recheck and cannot find an input error. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Don't highlight the text, just select it.

If you could send a video showing your current process, and a copy of the file in question, that may help us to offer more insight, for the moment, short of PHK's comment regarding selection, I am not sure what exactly is the tool being used, or the exact goal, from your description.
