Hallo,

Consider passing the actual checksums through with --checksum --checksum64 once you validate the checksums are appropriate. A less secure option is to pass --ignore-checksums if necessary.

Re: Chocolatey package fails to install

Hello, ollixx77

We post our official installer checksum on the download page for each, EG, here is the (10.7.0.398) Current build 64bit Editor installer's download page:

As the error in chocolatey states, their checksum verification failed, which would normally indicate the file data does not perfectly match what we have on our servers. This can sometimes be a red herring, which is why it advises you manually perform a checksum on the downloaded package, and then use the ignore-checksums option if the downloaded installer passes verification.

I am afraid that there is little I can offer here, it could be that Chocolatey's checksum it is checking against is incorrect, so you may need to report the issue to them. So long as they are getting both the file and checksum from our official downloads page directly each time they need it, there should be no issues.

Kind regards,
