Is there a way to see recently used file sessions...

Post by titeuf »

I usually use a lot of session files (session saved as a file), and I have to open and reopen the same session files from time to time.

At first I thought this menu showed recently used session files. However these are not file sessions but seesions saved in the computer where I used PDF Xchange.

Is there any option to show recently opened session files like recent files?

Hello, titeuf

Not at this time, external session files are not loaded into the sessions interface. Instead you can open them by directly double clicking the session file in question like you would any PDF file.

Hello, titeuf

You can use the "manage sessions" interface to "import" an external file, but that does not retain any connection to the original file. however, if you are simply looking to have them all display in one location, this could work.

Thanks for your answer.
I know the menu.
I work between my laptop and desktop, open session files in external SSD, and modify the files from time to time.
With the menu it is very confusing. So I always use session files.

Anyway your answer is very helpful. Thanks again.
