iPad/Tablet App
Good morning, I purchased extra licenses for our foreman's iPads to use on site a while ago but never had the guy's iPads in the office until now. Is there not an app for Xchange?

That is correct, we do not at this time develop our products for use on any devices other than Windows PC's. If you have a "surface" or similar Windows tablet device, you can install our software on that, but as stated on the cart page, it will not work on other devices: Kind regards,

Would it be possible to cancel the other licenses and get a refund for those? I have 5 extra licenses that we can't use.

I cannot do so via the forums, and normally if licenses were purchased with such intent, as stated on the cart page, there is a no-refund policy, but you can email Sales@PDF-XChange.com, with a copy of the invoice, and provided that the license has never been used and it has been less than 14 days, we may be able to offer something.
If the license has already been applied to any device, than I am afraid a refund is not possible.
