Change Text Case for bookmark text

Hi,

Great work on the improvements to Change Text Case in the new release (10.7.0). I've already assigned some shortcut keys to these commands, they're incredibly useful.

Feature request: could the Change Text Case functionality be applied to editing bookmark text as well?

I'm often changing the case of existing bookmarks, would be great to be able to do this more efficiently.
