No printing.

No printing.

Windows PC installation.

All of my other apps are able to print no problem.

When printing from PDF-Xchange however, the app sends the pdf to the printer which shows "receiving" but then it just does nothing. No paper comes out???? As if it never happened.

Again, all of my other apps are able to print (including the same .pdf) the file???

Help.

Hello, HimSim

Before anything else, is this printer fully up to date, with all of the latest driver updates installed directly from the manufacturer? If not, please do try that, and ensure that both the PC, and the printer itself have been restarted before printing again.

If updating the drivers does not help, can you try printing from default windows Notepad? We use the same core windows printing communication methods, so if the issue is exclusively on our end, notepad should print normally. If notepad also sees issues, you will need to contact either the device manufacturer, or Microsoft to report the issue you are seeing.

Finally, assuming that notepad is fine, the issue like likely on our end. Can you try enabling this option, and see if it helps at all?

If not, please disable that option promptly to avoid other printing issue.

Finally, please provide all of the following details for us:
1. The printer make/model
2. A direct link to the exact version of the printer drivers you have installed, on the manufacturers website, as well as the version number your installation is reporting. (we need this in order to emulate the issue locally)
3. A copy of any file which this issue occurs in. If you can create a blank PDF document and the issue occurs with that, please send a copy over. (If you can only reproduce the issue with sensitive files, please DO NOT post them on our public forum.
Instead, email all of the requested items to us via <Support@PDF-XChange.com>, with "ATTN:Dan 47546 - No Printing" in the subject line, and a link to this forum post in the body.
