When the document toolbar at the bottom of the page view is disabled, placing the mouse cursor near the bottom edge of the page view causes the Vertical Resize Cursor to appear twice. However, I noticed that dragging the frame or border does not move it when the cursor first appears.
The video demonstrates that when a page view is split horizontally, moving the mouse from top to bottom to try to move the split border causes the Vertical Resize Cursor to appear twice. Specifically, after the Vertical Resize Cursor first appears, moving the mouse just a tiny bit downward makes it disappear. Moving the mouse a tiny bit further then causes the Vertical Resize Cursor to reappear. However, dragging the mouse when the Vertical Resize Cursor first appears does not move the border.
The range where the first Vertical Resize Cursor appears is extremely narrow, requiring precise mouse operation for verification. As usual, this is a very minor issue with extremely low importance, and I hesitate to report it at all. However, it might be meaningful for users to simply be aware that such cases exist, so I am reporting it for reference.
Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
