hi,
i am wondering if when i open a pdf that has already been opened, can it be moved all the way to the rightmost tab position?
or is there a shortcut than can move the current selected tab to the rightmost?

I do not believe there is any way to do so at the moment. It may be possible to do some level of forced close/re-open using JavaScript, if you are savvy in that area, but there is no inbuilt command to do so that I can find.
