Summary of Comments w/ Image of Individual Comments

Hello,

I'm having an issue with summarizing comments. There was a time I was able to include individual snippets of the areas with comments in the comment summary, but now I can't seem to recreate the format. I've tried different layouts under the Output Options, but I don't remember what I need to do.

I don't know that we have ever offered an option that would show only the "area" around the comments, but I believe that this setting is the closest to what you are asking for:
