When processing very tall (long) images, sometimes the resulting page is compressed vertically

A rare floating error, as a result of which the original jpeg image is distorted during conversion to PDF and recognition, compressing vertically. The text is correctly recognized, and the application considers that the processing is completed without errors (and deletes the original file, as it should according to the tool settings).

I've encountered this bug several times when processing 35,000+ pixels images, including in 10.7.2.400.

I feel like we have touched on this before, but the technical limit of PDF is 200x200 inches (14,400 pt), we have artificially increased our "safe handling limit to either 300 or 400 (I do not recall specifically at the moment). There is however, still an upper limit, and 35,000 pt (over 450 inches) is beyond that limit.

We do not at this time have any intent to further increase these dimensions, as it already goes beyond the bounds of the Spec, and files created above 200x200, are liable to be truncated, or damaged when viewing in numerous other apps. You will need to create smaller documents, if you want to keep them intact and functional.
