Define a new defaut scanner

I would like to modify the defaut scanner.
I do it before and I think an update cancel my work.
Actually, the task load Vuescan.exe instead of the native scanner of my multifonction printer (Xerox C135 Color MFP)

Some weeks ago, it was not like that and the Xerox scanner was directly used.
When I go on the configuration of scanner, all appears, but I don't find how to telle PDF-XChange to do it by default.

My configuration :
W11-64 on date
