[suggestion] When saving a new document for the first time, suggest the `Title` value as its name

I believe the likelihood that a user will simply press Enter after selecting a folder for saving a document they've created for the first time, confirming the file's saving under a name identical to the document's Title, is quite high. At least, it's more likely than the likelihood that a user will save a document under the name "New Document.pdf." Thus, this improvement will save some user time without any negative side effects.

Of course, if the user did not fill in the Title field before saving, he will not notice any differences when saving the document, and will be offered the standard "New Document.pdf".
