Automated appending

We have a process where a macro runs on multiple spreadsheets, creating separate pages from the data therein. One example results in 572 pages. The macros call the default printer. When the PDFX printer is the default printer, each print job calls the Save As dialog box so a file name can be saved. Is there a way to set the PDFX printer to print all 572 pages to PDF by automatically appending so we would not need to respond to the Save As dialog box 572 times?

These users previously used pdfFactory which does support this ability.

And you could also set the driver to automatically append the files, without showing or asking for anything.

Thank you! I made some additional adjustments, such as specifying my file name explicitly and not opening the application after file creation. There were 3 files where the %document was set so i was getting 3 files. Specifying an explicit file name got me the one single file that I needed.
