adjusting the font size of an overlay text using javascript

Hi,

I would like to change the font size of an overlay text used in a "redaction" from Javascript.
How can I do that?

To clarify: I use annotations to clear out texts that should be censored. Then I need to overlay it with a reference to a text explaining what the reason for the censoring is.

Hello, folkert

I do not know that it is possible to adjust the text size for a redaction comment via JS. You can review the JS API manual here:

So far as I can find, it only seems to support a handful of special items, and then those relating to "markup" type annotations.

Since this references highlight as an example, the items supported by markup annots like the highlight would be the following:
