We wanted to inform you that we're experiencing an issue with PDFs freezing when saving documents with DSC signatures. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the PDF editor, but the problem persists.

Hello,
We’re experiencing an issue with digitally signing documents.
I couldn’t find a specific example of this on the Board index — apologies if I overlooked it.

Namely, when we insert a smart card into the reader, PDX Xchange often fails to recognize it. In other words, it doesn’t detect the data of the person whose card is inserted, and therefore we’re unable to digitally sign the document.

Sometimes, even if the first signature goes through, the problem appears with the second one.
Since purchasing the program, we haven’t been able to sign a document with all the required signatures.

I’d like to note that we can sign the same document on the same computer using a different reader.

Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

Thank you for your advice.

The smart cards we are using to certify or sign the documents are AKD e-ID cards and our personal ID cards (also AKD).
I’m sorry, but I don’t quite understand your question about adding the card information.
We use the Place Signature / Certify option and try to select the recognized certificate (Digital ID), but at that step, the system doesn’t recognize the inserted card.
