Re: Create one PDF for each subfolder.
Hi Dok,
Folder monitors apply to a single folder (with the option to include subfolders). So you could apply the folder monitor to the folder "PDFTest", and specify the output folder in the tool settings - it could be the same folder, a different folder, a subfolder etc. If you want the output to go into two subfolders, then you would need to create two folder monitors for the same folder, and specify the desired subfolders for each of the respective output folders.
I hope that resolves the issue for you.
Kind regards,

Re: Create one PDF for each subfolder.
Hi Sean,
Thanks, but my main issue how to create PDF file for each subfolder?
How to set up the tools or the Folder monitor to create PDF file for each subfolder. Subfolder names will be changing. At the moment when I copy 2 folders under the 'PDF Test' will create only one PDF file with content from the both subfolders and the file name is the first subfolder name.
E.g.:
PDF Test - Main folder and Folder monitor checking this.
PDF1 - Subfolder (name will vary), 11 files
PDF2 - Subfolder (name will vary), 12 files
Image - Subfolder (name will vary), 13 files
XF - Subfolder (name will vary), 14 files
I want to create the following PDF files:
PDF1.pdf (same as the subfolder name), 11 pages
PDF2.pdf (same as the subfolder name), 12 pages
Image.pdf (same as the subfolder name), 13 pages
XF.pdf (same as the subfolder name), 14 pages
Each PDF file only contains the subfolder files.
The tools creating one file at the moment:
PDF1.pdf, 50 pages

Re: Create one PDF for each subfolder.
Hi Dimitar,
Thanks, I tried and still created one PDF for all.
I found a way to create a single PDF for each subfolder, but I had to spend half a day and test each settings.
Thanks everyone who tried to help me.
