Default zoom on PDF

With my old Adobe Acrobat I could set the default zoom of a document, so that when the recipient opens the document they can see the entire page in their window.

I can't find a similar settings in PDF-Xchange. I checked File > Document Properties > Initial View.

Does such a setting exist?

Certainly, it does.
Try selecting "Goto Page" from the "Action Type" dropdown.
