Hi
The subject of the topic is self-explanatory.
I can't find the option to save the results keeping the folder structure of the input folder.
Am I missing something?

Hello, masster
This is not yet available, but is coming in time. There are a few other topics on the forums about this, such as this one here, where a ticket is mentioned:

RT#7212: FR: add %[RelPath] macro for PDF-Tools output.
I cannot offer a timeline for when this will be present[...]

Re: Export keeping input folder structure
Hi Manuel,
I have to disagree with Sean
We actually implemented the %[RelPath] feature a few releases ago.
How to use it:
1. In the Choose Input Files action, select the Source folder and make sure to enable Look in subfolders.
2. In the Save Documents action, set Folder to Use custom folder specified, and configure the Filename field using the %[RelPath] macro. For example: "%[RelPath]\%[Filename]"
The output will be saved to the selected destination folder while preserving the input folder’s structure.
