Ajusting Numbering in Page Navigation pane

I scanned a reference manual into PDF Xchange. The scanned document has a cover > table of contents > page 1. So when I type 1 into Page Navigation I go to the cover. 2 is the table of contents. I'd like to be able to type 1 into the page navigation and get to the first page of the manual, the third page of the PDF

I'm hoping this makes sense. I don't care if I can't jump to the Cover / Table of Contents, I'm just really tired of telling people "Go to page 15 in the PDF, 13 in the book"

You may want to try the Page Numbering feature (Link to the relevant page in the manual). The explanations in the Knowledgebase may also be helpful.

Note that while the manual only describes the configuration method in the Preferences dialog, the current version also allows enabling the “Use Logical Page Numbers” option found in the Thumbnails pane's options menu.

When the "Use Logical Page Numbers” option is enabled, if you want to temporarily specify physical page numbers in the page navigation toolbar, put + before the page number. For details, please see this post.
