Currently, as far as I can see, there's no way to use a keyboard shortcut that uses the Enter key to exit text entry mode and save the text. Only Enter and Shift + Enter are supported, which I assume do the same thing. Below, I've listed shortcuts that different apps use for similar actions (in addition to the action bound to simply pressing Enter). I assume you can use whatever is most commonly used and will align with the user experience for most users.
Shift + Enter
Augmented Steam
ChatGPT
Discord
Facebook Messenger
Google Messages
Google Voice
Microsoft Teams
Phone Link
PoeAI
Rainbow
Skype for Web
Slack
Ctrl + Enter
Google Messages
Telegram
Alt + Enter
Excel

Hello, Jensen
Just a quick addition here as we are discussing this internally. While it does not "use" enter, the Esc key does already accomplish the handling you are looking for, and can be used in the meantime while we consider these new options.
Kind regards,
