For example, I cropped the outer white margins with "Set to White Margins". Next, I want to have 10mm margins on all sides of the page. In Adobe Photoshop it is done like this:

In the "Resize Pages" window, I only see options for "Standard" (predefined page sizes), "Custom" (manually set page sizes), and "Percentage" (page sizes as a percentage of the current page).

Re: How to set relative canvas size in millimeters?
Hello, Jensen Head
At the moment we do not offer a relative function, so for now you would need to use the "custom" option, set units to millimeter, and then calculate the +10 increase to the values shown there manually.
With that said, I cannot offer any guarantees or a timeline for it, but I have just created a formal feature request on this topic, that hopefully we can implement in the future.
RT#5910: FR: add option to increase/reduce page size by static value.
Kind regards,

Re: How to set relative canvas size in millimeters?
A workaround for increasing pages by a user-specified number of millimeters is to use the "Merge Pages" tool, specifying "Pages per Sheet: Custom 1 by 1" and in the "Margins" fields the required margins on each of the four sides of the pages.
