[Suggestion] Global toolbar, active for current tab

Current situation: When displaying 2 or more tabs side by side in the same window, each tab has a separate toolbar on the left and information bar below. The toolbar opens and closes identically for all tabs.

Suggested situation: A single toolbar and information bar for all tabs in the current window, and the information in these bars are for the selected/active tab only. This makes it easier to maintain a lot of screensize and losing less screen to toolbars of which you only need one at a time.

This option should help:

Note however that this simply makes it so the pane only opens on the one document in focus, it does not make that instance of the pane work with both documents.
For example, if you wanted to move pages between the two documents, you would need to manually open the thumbnails pane (Ctrl_T) separately in both documents.

Hey Daniel,

That's a great toggle! I will definitely be using it this way plus ctrl+T and ctrl+B for thumbnails, bookmarks etc.
