[Accessibility] Add the ability to change the current input field in the "Text Properties" panel by pressing Tab

At the moment, pressing the Tab key in this panel is not processed in any way. Although, it would be quite logical to change the field just like that. This would be convenient for those who prefer to make the most of the keyboard rather than the mouse.
