[suggestion] Combine all guide control buttons into one block

Currently, they are spaced into two panels, and even partially duplicate each other.

Hi,

Myself, I think this has been done intentionally and I would not change that.

It all depends of where you are working in the Split Pages window.
At the left you can remove specific split-lines and edit values.
At the right, in the preview, you can add horizontal and/or vertical split-lines and remove them.
The control buttons are nearby where you need them.

The only thing I would change is the mention "Clear". That button clears "all" the split-lines with one click and there is no undo.
It can be annoying to have to set all the split-lines at new. So, maybe it would be better to call it "Clear all".
