find missing menus

Hi,

I am comparing your end user pdf editor to the sample-fulldemo pdfx control. I can see some of the menus are missing in the developer version of the control. Can you guide me how to activate or show these menus. Attached here is a screenshot comparing both and also indicating which menus I want to show.

All pointed features are from Editor Plugins.

PDFOptimizer.pvp -> Enhance Scanned Pages, Deskew Pages Content
OCRPlugin.pvp + "..\Common\Tesseract" -> OCR Pages
ColorConvert.pvp -> Convert Colors, Recolor Pages
AzureRMS.pvp + ".\MIP" -> Sensitivity
DocuSign - is not available in SDK mode.

To get features from plugins, you need to load those plugins at the start, by using this:
