Citrix Support, Non-persistent desktops, some licensed some not

I would like to purchase this product for some of our staff, but not all. We have a shared non-persistent citrix environment, where a user one day will login to server 2 but the next login might be to server 34 or 12, etc. Some of these users will have a license, some won't.

I would like to apply the license to the users who will have access, and for those that do not, i would like to hide the paid features.

Is this plan feasible, and possible?
