TTS or read aloud

Test to speech or read aloud, I can use it in previous version. Now I cannot find and how to use it?

The Read out loud feature has not gone anywhere and should still be accessible in the same ways as before.

Using the Select text tool, you can right click:

Or you can use the new(-ish) buttons on the view tab:
