Good morning:
Is there a way to set zonal OCR with just one command (perhaps programmable and set directly via keyboard shortcut),
rather than going through four consecutive steps?
The four steps currently required are:
1. Click "Select page region"
2. Right-click "OCR selected area"
3. Select the type of OCR to perform and press OK
4. Exit the page region (using the "hand" tool or other method) to remove the remaining box from the previously selected region.
Thanks.

Re: One-step zonal OCR
Hello, kio
At the moment, no, that process is required. I will mention there is some desire to have a faster option, but I cannot promise an implementation at this time.
Kind regards,
