Build 39 shows as b38.2?

I just accessed the download site looking to download build 38.2 and found build 39. I installed (upgraded) but my Help|About shows I have build 38.2. Is there an explanation or should I uninstall and start from scratch?

Sorry it was a typo on a post of mine the current version is build 38.2 and not build 39

For clarification purposes, the download site at https://www.pdf-xchange.com/downloads/users/ shows the current download as Build 0039 with a last update date of 21 July, 2008. This download is installing as Build 38.2
