Unlocking PDF-X to Full License when access to the Microsoft Store is blocked

Hi Guys,
I hope you are all doing well.

I have purchased the 10 End User License to unlock PDF-X to the full version.

I have this software also installed and unlocked on my work laptop that is managed by my organization.
Since installing and unlocking the software in 2024, I have now been issued with a new laptop and would like to transfer the license across to my new laptop.

Unfortunately, since I purchased the software and receiving my new work laptop, the organization have deployed a policy where they have blocked the 'Microsoft Store' and my work laptop cannot connect to update the license agreement to unlock the software to the full version.

I have also tried this from home connected to my home internet and the 'Microsoft Store' is still not able to be accessed.

Is there a workaround way that I can use to unlock the software to the full version without going to the 'Microsoft Store'?

Appreciate your help and support regarding this matter as I am finding it difficult to perform my daily duties.

Hello,

For anyone else who runs into this issue - We have seen a massive uptick in the number of mistaken support requests in relation to this software.
The "PDF X" product listing on the Microsoft store has no relation to us at PDF-Xchange in any way, shape , or form. If you have issues with their software, please contact Microsoft Support - I have been unable to find any support contact information for the developers of that other application - and some cursory research indicates many known issues/worries with the software...

Give this reputation, I would advise that you contact Microsoft directly if the purchase went through their services, and request a refund/cancellation of this product.

Our products product listing on the MS Store is "PDF-XChange Editor" - it exists solely as a free download there, and does not offer any in app purchases or payment option internally. The only way to make a purchase for the licensed version of our PDF-XChange Editor software is directly through our official website, or through a valid third party reseller.
