I cant convert a pdf file to an excel one

I have bought plus version and installed it.
I went to convert tab then ....to MS-excel
The box of "convert to excel option" popped up but the OK button is greyed out.So, i cant convert it. What happened and what can i do to get it fixed?

i have updated to the link you sent. The OK button has stopped being greyed out but when i tried to convert my pdf file to excel file, no data appears in the new excel file. i dont know what happened, please help me fix it

Hello,

Your file is probably a scanned document, which means that it has only images and no real data to convert to EXCEL.

This means that you need to convert it to editable document before converting it to EXCEL or WORD.

This can be done using the OCR tool:
