When opening the support forum from the support commands of each application, the message "File not found." appears.

Hello PDF-XChange support,

Each application's Help tab or Help menu contains a dedicated command to open the support forum, but currently it only displays “File not found.” and does not redirect properly. This may resolve itself after a while, but I am informing you just in case.

P.S.
I noticed that the following official announcement has been posted.

Currently, an HTTP 404 (Not Found) status response is returned. I hope the site maintenance goes smoothly.
