Full Screen: Cover Page in Two Pages View

In normal view, there is an option View > "Show Cover Page in Two Pages View".
However, this option is not available for fullscreen mode.

Magazines often have content on a double page / spread. This would require to render the cover page separately.

It would therefore be good if this option could also be added to fullscreen view.

Two solutions:

1) When "Show Cover Page" is active in normal view, you can keep it that way while in Full Screen, by turning on the "Keep current page layout ..." option via File > Preferences > Full Screen.

2) Press the key combination ALT + S to toggle "Show Cover Page" when in Full Screen view (also works in normal view).
