Enter password for digital signature every time you save

Hello,

We use PDF-Xchange Editor (currently version 10.8.4) in conjunction with digital signatures at many workstations. On one computer, the signature password must be entered every time a digitally signed PDF is saved. None of the other computers require this.

Is there a solution to fix this issue?

if you open the "manage" menu:

Then locate the certificate file in question, you can adjust the password timeout for that one certificate:
