Suggestion: Add "Visible On" dropdown to "Add Background" dialog for view/print/export

Hello all,

The “Add Watermark” dialog contains a “Visible On” dropdown menu, allowing you to set whether the watermark is visible for View, Print, or Export. While common PDF applications like Adobe Acrobat and Foxit PDF Editor offer similar options for both watermark and background features, PDF-XChange Editor only provides this option for the watermark feature.

Adding a “Visible On” dropdown menu to the “Add Background” dialog in PDF-XChange Editor could enhance the application's overall consistency and improve interoperability with other PDF applications.
