I am using the latest build 38.1 on Win XP with SP2.
The document in this link
http://www.xilinx.com/products/silicon_ ... _table.pdf
is displayed with strong vertical white lines. It is correctly displayed in Adobe Reader and Foxit.

Unfortunately, this issue is not fixed by the latest release build 39 RC1 — neither in the plugin, nor the standalone viewer.
