White vertical lines

I am using the latest build 38.1 on Win XP with SP2.
The document in this link
http://www.xilinx.com/products/silicon_ ... _table.pdf
is displayed with strong vertical white lines. It is correctly displayed in Adobe Reader and Foxit.

Confirmed with version 38.2.

This looks to be correct in build 39 issued this weekend.

Unfortunately, this issue is not fixed by the latest release build 39 RC1 — neither in the plugin, nor the standalone viewer.

the problem is still there (40.4).
I have a lot of horizontal lines which shouldn't be there (not visible in Adobe), please see attached
