With the "PDF-XChange Viewer Language Tool", I found there are some strings ( dialog "#328" & "#311") which IDs are -1, and the Language Tool can not edit these strings.
How to deal with these?

dialogue #328 is corrected in the next build.
dialogue #311 is alright. There is a problem actually with the dialogue #331, but there is no need to localize this dialogue as it is not finished yet and can undergo some changes.
