BP Architects - change computer

Good morning,
I am part of BP Architects, we have purchased 10 license for the office in october 2024.
I changed the computer on which the software was installed.
Before doing so, i exported the license/activation key, which was then replaced.
On the new computer, i installed the program by downloading it from the website and activated it with the license key, but some features are not active and appear to require purchase. However, before activating it on the new PC, all features were active.
How can I reactivate all the features with the activation key I already have?
