Outlook Issue - HtmlToPDF error

We deployed PDF-XChange Pro to 55 users today through Intune and are currently encountering issues with the Outlook plugin.
Users are receiving the following error message:
“HtmlToPDF application could not be found - please reinstall”

At this point, we do not believe reinstalling the application should be the required solution after a full production deployment. We are hoping there is a more reliable fix or configuration adjustment that can resolve the Outlook integration issue without requiring manual reinstalls across all deployed systems.

Since this was a large-scale deployment, we want to ensure a smooth user experience and avoid unnecessary disruption.

Could you please advise on the proper resolution or recommended deployment configuration for this issue?

Sorry for the difficulty you have encountered with this. Can you please clarify which version you were installing - specifically, was it V11? If so, we'd suggest that you roll back to V10 for now, as there are some issues with V11 that we are currently ironing out.

Can confirm we are also seeing this behaviour with V11, its already rolled out to my whole fleet. Doesn't seem to affect all users though, gathering data on that. All Windows 11 25H2 Enterprise, May 26 patch level.
