[Version 11.0.0] Infinite loop/proliferation of "Open Files" and "Manage Places" dialogs SOLVED

Hello all,

I would like to report an issue regarding the new custom dialog introduced in version 11.0.0.

There seems to be a logic flaw or infinite loop when adding new places. Here are the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Open either the new "Open Files" or "Save File As" dialog.
2. Click the "Manage Places" button in the upper left corner.
3. Click "Add Place" to register a new location.
4. Upon completing this, a brand new "Open Files" dialog unexpectedly opens in the foreground.
   Note: Even if you started from "Save File As" in Step 1, it always opens an "Open Files" dialog here.
5. Within this newly opened dialog, repeat steps 2 to 4.

By repeating this cycle, the "Manage Places" and "Open Files" dialogs will multiply and pile up infinitely in the foreground.
It seems incorrect that a new dialog opens at Step 4.
