The issue reported below has been resolved in Ver 11.0.1.
I appreciate all the hard work and efforts of the support and development team.
==============================================================================
Hello all,
I have noticed an issue with the new custom "Open" / "Save As" dialog boxes introduced in Version 11.0.0.
When changing the current folder exclusively by clicking the breadcrumb paths at the top, the keyboard shortcuts for "Go Back" (Alt + Left Arrow) and "Go Forward" (Alt + Right Arrow) stop working.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the custom "Open Files" dialog box.
- Click anywhere in the breadcrumb paths (either to go to a parent folder, or to navigate to a subfolder via the breadcrumb dropdowns) to change the current folder.
- Press Alt + Left Arrow to try to go back to the previous folder.
(Result: Nothing happens.) - Click the physical "Go Back" button with your mouse.
(Result: It works perfectly, confirming the history exists.)
- This issue occurs regardless of the navigation direction—whether moving up to a parent folder or down to a subfolder using the breadcrumb bar.
- If I navigate folders by using the left-hand Folder Tree pane, the shortcuts (Alt + Left/Right) work perfectly.
- If I switch back to using the standard OS System Dialogs, the shortcuts work perfectly even after using the breadcrumb bar.
- It seems like the custom breadcrumb control fails to pass the keyboard events back to the dialog's main shortcut handler, or it steals the focus permanently.
Thank you for your hard work on this great software.
Best regards,
rakunavi
