Hi,
When I right-click a PDF file in Windows Explorer, I can see the option "Combine in PDF-XChange Editor" in the context menu, but clicking it does nothing — the editor does not open and no action is triggered.
I am using PDF-XChange Editor Plus on Windows.
Is this a known issue? Any idea what might be causing it or how to fix it?

Can you please click Help - About in the software, take a screenshot of the version that you're using, and share it here?

If possible - and assuming you have valid maintenance - could you please try updating to the current version and see if that resolves the issue?

Hi Shay,
You can do that via the Help tab, just click Check for Updates and follow the on-screen prompts:
But again - please only proceed with this if you have valid maintenance, or access to the installers that you used to install version 10.8

That would likely indicate that you are either using a portable version, or you are in a managed environment where you system admin has disabled use of the updater, as they wish to manually handler your updates. Please contact your IT admin if you have one for assistance here. If you do not, you can remove the current software from your device, and look to your account page, to download the current latest version of the software.
Be sure to restart the PC after the installation is completed, before testing these functions.
