Recommended way to upgrade from v10 to 11?

Hello,

Is there a preferred "migration" way from version 10 to 11?

Simply install over 10 and 11 will automatically replace 10?
Uninstall 10, install 11 and import saved settings?
Something else?

While the update process should work without issue (and has for many users), we have seen a small handful of cases with settings being lost during the update process due to the path changes - typically in environments with heavy security focus which seem to prevent the installer from making the necessary changes (we are actively investigating these issues and working on a solution).

As such, If you are worried about lost settings, I would advise exporting your application settings first, uninstalling V10, restarting, and then running the V11 installer from your account page.
