Before v11.0.1, PDF-XChange Editor used to include this large 30MB file:
`..\Common\ICU\icudt74l.dat`
PDF-XChange Editor v11.0.1 includes that file plus this large 33MB file:
`..\Common\ICU\icudt78l.dat`
Is this intentional, a bug, or a file unintentionally left over from all the problems with PDF-XChange Editor v11.0.0 that can now be deleted?
Given that these are ICU (International Components for Unicode) data bundles, I'm guessing it's safe & desired to delete `..\Common\ICU\icudt74l.dat`.

Hi Impress. Just got this from the development team:
"This icuXXX.dat file is versioned, and installers may upgrade it periodically. But since user may have installed products with different versions, for example PDFEditor v11.2.x and PDFTools v11.3.x and in case when both versions required different versions of icu-file - then it means that we cannot remove older icu-file because it might be required for older PDFEditor".
I hope that clarifies the issue for you.

Re: Large additional icudt*.dat file in
Update: the development team have provided some more clarification on this issue. They believe that the reason this is happening is because you have the portable version of Editor, not installed, and the portable.zip mistakenly contains the new icudt78l.dat, which is not suitable for 11.0.1. You can delete icudt78l.dat.
They are going to fix the portable.zip on the servers for download. Thanks for bringing our attention to this issue, I hope things are clearer for you now.

Thanks Sean and you're welcome. I'm glad I asked. I would have (incorrectly) guessed the old version is no longer needed.
Good to hear the dev team is removing the improper version from the portable download.
